The power of thought

If you stop here and look around.

Take a minute to focus on everything around you that is red.

Imagine focusing only on red things. Do it for a minute and count how many red things you see. Of course there are quite a few. You could say that it works the same way if you focus on what is positive.

You will discover a lot of positive things that you did not see before.

Try forcing yourself to think for a week, every morning when you wake up:

”What a wonderful and evolving day this is going to be, nice that I finally woke up”.

If you really work with this, you will find that your days are really getting better than before.
